3月15日消息，京投发展公告称，公司拟将持有的房地产开发业务相关资产及负债转让至控股股东京投公司，采用现金支付方式，不涉及发行股份，不影响公司股权结构，不会因此导致公司控股股东发生变更。本事项预计构成重大资产重组。
