算力分配背后，其实体现得是公司的发展愿景与顶尖人才的技术愿景是否一致。双方一致程度高，顶尖人才获得的算力支持就多；双方分歧严重，顶尖人才在算力上的需求也就不能被很好满足。而将个人价值、影响力和话语权建立在技术贡献上的顶尖人才，自然不愿忍受这些委屈。
