为推动优质教育资源均衡发展，潼南区2025年出台方案，柏梓中学被纳入两个教共体：作为共建型成员校，与潼南区大佛初级中学校结成共同体，资源共享、管理共进、教学共研、考核捆绑；作为协作型成员校，接受潼南中学的业务指导。谢钰琪所在班的班主任陈明峰会去大佛初级中学校参加联合教研，还会参加潼南中学的业务培训。
